Welcome to Agilux Laboratories
Agilux is not just another CRO offering bioanalytical, in vitro ADMET testing and immunoassays. Our name combines "agility" with the Latin word for illumination and describes our mission of providing rapid and innovative solutions to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. What does this mean for our clients? It means that we deliver quality results in half the time offered by other laboratories and we have the data to support this claim. We continue to meet these aggressive timelines keeping responsiveness to our clients at the forefront of all we do. Better data faster.
Our purpose-built laboratory is conveniently located in a life science campus in Worcester, Massachusetts, a short drive from downtown Boston, Cambridge and Logan airport. Our LC/MS/MS instrumentation base is built around Sciex API 4000 and 5500 MS/MS systems each with two Agilent 1200SL UPLCs multiplexed with Thermo/Cohesive Aria LX2s. From inception, we have imbedded in each of our assays a suite of fail-safes and diagnostic probes, including troubleshooting and data quality probes (e.g. incurred samples as QCs) to improve data quality and speed of execution. We are implementing a fully integrated ELN/LIMS system (electronic laboratory notebook/laboratory information management system) to improve data accuracy, quality and speed of execution and most importantly, to provide the foundation from which we can effectively develop knowledge across compounds, assays, samples and time. Collectively, these novel approaches to process and "practical innovation" allow Agilux to move data quality and speed beyond industry standards. Better data faster.
Agilux has assembled an excellent team of scientists with extensive industry experience and we continue to build on that team with talented scientist additions.
