Agilux Laboratories Announces Space Expansion to Support Increasing Demand for Its Pharmaceutical and Biotech Services

 

Worcester, MA. – (June 10, 2011) Agilux Laboratories today announced that it will be undergoing a significant space expansion to support growing demand for its pharmaceutical and biotech services, increasing the facility's square footage more than two-fold to approximately 22,000 square feet. Founded in 2007, the company at launch provided non-GLP discovery bioanalytical services and has subsequently added In-Vitro ADMET, GLP bioanalytical and In Vivo PK/PD services with additional service expansions planned.

 

The company, located in the Worcester Biotech Park, resides in a state-of-the-art life sciences building professionally managed by Alexandria Real Estate Equities. "We have been extremely fortunate to experience growing demand for our services and hope that our commitment to client centricity, customer service, flexibility, quality and speed will sustain future growth", states Jim Jersey, President and CEO. "We are fortunate that the expansion is contiguous with our current space, thereby causing no disruption in operations".

The planned expansion includes increases in our In-Vitro, In Vivo and bioanalytical space as well as addition of new capabilities, including tissue culture", Jim Jersey further commented.
