Agilux is a different kind of CRO offering a new, more advanced service model for providing non-GLP and GLP bioanalytical, in-vitro ADMET and in-vivo PK/PD services. Our name combines "agility" with the Latin word for illumination and describes our mission of providing innovative, flexible, high quality solutions to our biotechnology and pharma clients rapidly. Our purpose-built laboratory is conveniently located in a life sciences campus in Worcester MA, in close proximity to the expanding life sciences hub in Cambridge, MA and the surrounding areas. From inception, we have sought to draw upon the collective experiences of our seasoned team of industry veterans and the "greenfield" opportunity of fresh start free of legacy systems and institutional inertia to design and build better systems and processes. Leveraging an "engineering like" approach combined with a commitment to process and standardization, we seek to build into all of our services pro-active and diagnostic indicators of data quality that ultimately enable better data faster on a project-by-project basis and opportunities to learn from system wide metrics. We have fully developed and applied this approach to our non-GLP discovery bioanalytical services in what we refer to as Discovery 2.0. To ultimately realize the full potential of our approach, we are implementing a fully integrated ELN/LIMS system (electronic laboratory notebook/laboratory information management system) to improve data accuracy, quality and speed and most importantly, to provide the means by which we can assess data across compounds, studies and programs to generate knowledge. Collectively, these novel approaches to process and "practical" innovation allow Agilux to move data quality and speed beyond industry standards. Better data faster.

Agilux has assembled and excellent team of scientists with extensive industry experience and we continue to build upon this team with talented scientist additions. We've received generous financial support from the private equity firm Ampersand Ventures, enabling us to grow with our client's needs. Most importantly, however, we are drawing upon the collective breadth and depth our past experiences in building a culture completely dedicated to combing customer service with scientific excellence.
