In Vivo (PK) Pharmacokinetic Services

We have built our processes to respond to your needs to initiate programs with little-to-no required advanced notice. Activity-based, global IACUC protocol approvals together with one page protocols enable us to initiate studies AAALAC anddeliver samples within days. If you combine this service with our discovery bioanalysis and WinNonLin PK analysis,we deliver your PK parameters in less than five days from dosing. Agilux offers In Vivo PK services in rodent and non-rodent species from our AAALAC accredited facilities.

In Vitro ADMET

Expert study designs and data interpretation from the In Vitro Services group at Agilux, allow you to characterize your drug candidate's ADME properties and its potential for drug-drug interactions with our In Vitro ADME assays. Each of our In Vitro assays can be offered as an early screening single determination or a more definitive study to determine in-depth PK/ ADME characteristics. Biomarker Assays

Agilux has the experience and capability to measure biomarkers by the most appropriate means, either ligand binding (ELISA) or LC-MS/MS.
